Welcome! I¾m Mr. Aswini Saikia a highly experienced finance and banking professional with over 23 years of progressive leadership across the financial inclusion and rural banking sectors in Northeast India. A graduate in Arts (B.A.) from Gauhati University, I played a pivotal role in advancing access to finance for underserved communities across Assam, Meghalaya, Tripura, Arunachal Pradesh, and Sikkim.

I began MY career in 2001 with RGVN Microfinance as a Field Supervisor in Barpeta and steadily rose through key managerial positions, including Branch Manager, Area Manager, and ultimately as Zonal Head for Northeast Small Finance Bank Ltd., overseeing operations in North Lakhimpur and Arunachal Pradesh.

Throughout his career, Mr. Saikia has demonstrated expertise in:

I also held leadership responsibilities at Gyanarun Society, promoted by RGVN, where he served as Senior Coordinator for Capacity Building and Planning, further amplifying his experience in social finance and rural enterprise development.
